NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV – Marlin Moreland, 30, has been identified as the victim of a motorcycle crash that happened last Saturday afternoon. The Clark County Coroner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.
According to Fox 5 Vegas, the accident occurred around 1 p.m. on June 27 at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and June Avenue.
Moreland was riding north on Martin Luther King Boulevard when he collided with a sedan turning left onto MLK. Moreland’s bike struck the driver’s side door of the sedan.
Moreland was transported to University Medical Center, where he died from multiple blunt force injuries.
The driver of the sedan stayed on the scene and cooperated with officials.
Police are investigating this accident as a homicide. Updates will be posted as they become available.
