LAS VEGAS, NV – Two women were struck by a pickup truck on US 95 near Decatur Blvd as they were returning to the vehicle they had just crashed.
According to 8 News Now, the two women struck a median on the highway and rolled their Jaguar sometime around 4 a.m. They both survived the initial crash, and a passerby helped them from the wreckage. However, as they were returning to the vehicle to retrieve some personal effects, they were struck by a Ford F-150.

One woman died at the scene, while the other suffered critical injuries. The woman driving the pickup truck sustained minor injuries. Police do not believe impairment was a factor.
That section of US 95 was closed until 9:40 a.m.
