LAS VEGAS, NV – A 70-year-old pedestrian died Friday afternoon after being struck by a Ford F-150 in the northeast Valley, according to 8 News Now.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Owens Avenue and Eastern Avenue around 3:20 p.m. Friday.
The 1991 Ford F-150 hit the pedestrian as he was crossing Eastern Ave. First responders transported the victim to UMC Trauma, where he died.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident. Neither speed nor driver impairment appear to be factors.
