Christian Morris, Esq., is a personal injury trial attorney with a track record of winning. Licensed in California, Nevada, New Jersey, and having successfully passed the New York bar, her nationwide practice is entirely contingency fee based and consists of a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury and death cases. She has represented countless victims of person injury incidents across the United States. She recently obtained a $31 million dollar verdict for a catastrophically injured client.
Christian was voted Nevada’s Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Nevada Justice Association for 2019. She is the second woman in twenty-two years to receive the honor. Christian also serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association of Justice.
Christian is well respected in the legal community for her candor, hard work and commitment to the civil justice system. Christian practices in both state and federal court, has argued in front the Supreme Court, and has gone to trial on cases that have changed the law in Nevada such as Foster vs. Costco and O’Connell vs. Wynn. She is a proud graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College.

Christian gets personally involved in each case and takes time to get to know her clients and their families. Christian will never let any client be bullied by a big insurance company just because they have more money to hire expensive attorneys and doctors. She has experience in this area, because prior to fighting for injured people, Christian worked at one of the oldest and largest insurance defense firms in Las Vegas.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Christian was active in politics and worked for Senator Collins from her home state of Maine, and later in Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of California Western School of Law and an active member of the local and national Trial Lawyers Associations, the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Christian is originally from Maine; where she was raised on a farm. Most of her family members are still in Maine and Christian goes back as much as possible to visit them. Her son, Jackman, is named after a small town there, Jackman, Maine. Her daughter, Winter, is named after the season that lasts forever in her home state. Christian enjoys working out and spending time with her family; but Christian truly loves the work she does. She has hope that her work will create a better and safer world through the Justice system, one trial at a time.
