Victoria “Tori” R. Allen

About

Tori moved to Las Vegas from a mountain town in North Carolina in 2015 and liked it so much she decided to stay. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Illinois State University in Normal, IL. After graduation, Tori returned to North Carolina where she worked for a local community arts center and a family-run upholstery business. When Tori decided to pursue a legal career, she moved to Las Vegas where she attended the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law.

During law school, Tori was selected to be a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team and an Articles Editor for the Gaming Law Journal. With those programs, Tori honed her appellate advocacy skills and written and oral argument abilities. She gained her first real world legal experience when she worked with Nevada Legal Services in their criminal record sealing program. Tori also had the privilege to work one-on-one with clients as a student attorney for the Thomas & Mack Education Advocacy Legal Clinic, where she advocated for the educational rights of students with disabilities.

Tori began working with Nettles Morris as a law clerk in August 2016 and has been with the firm ever since. In her time with Nettles Morris, Tori gained invaluable insight into the legal areas of personal injury, premises liability, semi-truck collisions, and medical malpractice. She looks forward to working as an attorney with the firm in order to advocate for people injured by the negligence of others. Tori is eager to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients and make the litigation process as run as smoothly as possible.

In her free time, Tori likes to spend time with her Las Vegas “family” and her dog, Guinness. She is a lover of the outdoors and goes hiking and camping whenever she gets the chance.
