Kimberly is from Indiana, having relocated to Nevada in 2018. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kimberly served as a personal injury paralegal for over ten years, working on cases involving motor vehicle crashes, slip and falls, product liability, and medical malpractice. While working as a paralegal, Kimberly earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, her Bachelor of Science, and her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University Law School. While in law school, Kimberly participated in the American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition, where her team was one of twelve to advance to the national competition. Kimberly also interned with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in Chicago, Illinois, and was selected to join the criminal defense clinic at Valparaiso.
Prior to becoming licensed in Nevada, Kimberly served as a paralegal/law clerk at a prestigious personal
injury law firm in Las Vegas. Upon being admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2019, Kimberly began practicing civil litigation, representing clients in motor vehicle crashes, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. In her first year as an attorney, Kimberly had the distinct privilege of arguing before the Nevada Supreme Court, on the issue of retroactivity and finality of conviction, obtained a favorable outcome for her client, resulting in his right to a jury trial, which had previously been denied.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, hiking at Red Rock and Mount Charleston, gardening, watching documentaries, and baking.
Kimberly is a member of the Nevada Justice Association.
