WILLIAM KILLIP, JR.
Bill has been a respected trial attorney in Southern Nevada for more than 25 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Redlands and earned his law degree from Arizona State University.
Bill is licensed to practice before all Nevada State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also prevailed on behalf of multiple clients in cases argued before the Nevada Supreme Court.
Before joining the Nettles Law Firm, Bill was a Partner with one of Nevada’s preeminent insurance defense law firms. Now advocating exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs, Bill specializes in serious automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases. His extensive litigation experience, candid communication, and genuine empathy for his clients, combine to provide the highest quality legal representation.
Bill also serves as a Judge Pro Tem and frequently sits as the Judge in the Short Trial Program for the Clark County District Courts. He is a long-time member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), a Sustaining Member of the Nevada Justice Association (NJA) and serves as a member of their Legislative Review Panel. Bill is a history buff, lover of all things Jazz, and counts New Orleans as one of his favorite places to visit. He is also an accomplished musician in his own right and plays the saxophone, clarinet and piano.
